The Lower School Building - in Balham, London - forms part of the wider campus of Hornsby House School, an independent school for boys and girls aged 4 to 11 years old.

The project involved developing a detailed design from an initially broad brief through to a high-specification finish, supported by on-site supervision throughout the construction stage. The delivery required close collaboration with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors directly on site.
